Richard
graduated from LeTourneau College with a B.S. in Industrial
Management, and began his career as an engineering
assistant. He quickly progressed to the position of Safety
Director for Best Lock Corporation, and after completing the
Masterkey Training Course, went on to become the Facilities
Director, and ultimately the Vice President of Facilities.

David’s strong analytical skills and early management experience served him well after his graduation from LeTourneau College with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology. and operations security. He has a strong background in Total
Quality Management and productivity techniques that have
yielded millions of dollars in savings for his division.
Ken’s track record of staff development includes the
conception, design, and implementation of employee training
and security policy development, including Executive Estate
and Personal Protection programs. Ken has degrees in both Business Management and Counseling (Suma Cum Laude), providing him with a high level of employee assessment and interpersonal communication skills. Recognized as an Outstanding Professional Student and a Who’s Who in Business, he went on to receive member status in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Philip W.
Arnold has over 22 years in sales, distribution, and
corporate marketing for BEST Access Systems. His expertise
is in designing and implementing solutions (business and
security), plus developing people to successfully meet and
exceed their goals. In the area of designing solutions, Phil turned a struggling New York office around, and consistently led the company's thirty offices nationwide. Also, Phil was sent to Canada to turn that operation around, working with leadership and staff to create and implement a successful growth plan. In both cases, the sales were systems that helped customers establish and maintain their security. In 1997, Phil was promoted to Corporate Director of the Marketing and Sales Support Center and refocused the department on strategic planning that increased customer satisfaction to get a competitive edge. In the area of developing people, Phil collaborated with a local university to identify potential candidates among recent graduates. This resulted in the successful recruitment, training and development of new sales agents and managers to support the company's profitable growth initiatives. |
